Our team

Graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at the Gdańsk University of Technology and Faculty of Construction and Environmental Engineering at the Białystok University of Technology. He has also completed an Executive MBA post-graduate programme delivered by the Gdansk Foundation for Management Development in collaboration with the University of Gdańsk and the IAE Aix–Marseille Graduate School of Management. He has held managerial positions in corporations for over 18 years. Recently, from March 2016 to January 2019, he served as the President of the Management Board at ENERGA Kogeneracja Sp.z o.o., then as the VP of the Management Board for wealth management and heat generation until December 2020.

Graduate of the Faculty of Mechanical Technology at the Białystok University of Technology and a Mathematics Teaching postgraduate programme at the University of Warsaw. Recipient of the Lumen 2000 Foundation (USA) scholarship. He has gained professional experience as an engineer in pubic and private sectors, in education and administration. A business owner since 1991 and the co-founder of the Oleckie Towarzystwo Gospodarcze (Olecko Economic Society) and Fundacja Zdrowe Olecko (the “Healthy Olecko” Foundation). He has gained extensive local government experience by holding the seat of Municipal and County (Poviat) Councillor for over 15 years.
