Graduate of Banking Studies at the Gdańsk Academy of Banking and postgraduate MBA studies.

Doctor of Law, legal counsel, assistant professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of UWM in Olsztyn. Author of numerous publications on administrative proceedings, e-submission, personal data protection. Trainer and lecturer. Lead auditor of the information security management system according to the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001 standard. Member of the Working Group on Personal Data Protection at the Minister of Digitisation and co-founder of the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers of Warmia and Mazury.
